Personalized Training - Weight Management - Wellness Programming

I am a perennial student of the human body, passionate about teaching and empowering my clients about healthier lifestyles. I strive to constantly improve my knowledge base to provide a greater curriculum for clients and for personal growth.

 

As a personal trainer, I specialize in working one-on-one in client's homes to create a multifaceted workout that meets each individual's specific fitness goals. It's always "personalized" training. I strive to integrate yoga and Pilates into each workout. I also focus on strength training, whether it's with traditional machines, free weights, or suspension training. 

I am a certified weight management consultant and have helped many individuals establish healthier eating habits by teaching them the importance of the Glycemic Index, understanding that the body’s blood sugar levels dictate everything from mood to fat storage. I specialize in a 12-week program called Transitions Lifestyle SystemTM that teaches clients the power of low glycemic index eating through a liberating process of implementing science-based principles into their lifestyle.

As a consultant, I work with licensed health practitioners to help them integrate wellness products and programs into their practices so that they can add value to keeping their patients healthy, not constantly battling insurance and drug companies in the war over sickness.

Personal Training Packages

Rate - $90 per 60 minute session, $125 per 90 minute session

Introductory Package - $150 for 2 60 minute sessions plus an online healthy lifestyle analysis
