Open to all levels.

Lunchtime Yoga

Whether you need to boost your energy for that afternoon conference call, or you're looking for a bit of midday Midtown balance, this class is for you! Open to all levels, this Vinyasa flow involves a sequence of restorative yoga poses designed to relax your body and renew your mind. A great workout, both physically and mentally, before heading back to the office.

Early Bird Yoga

Start your day right with a moving meditiation that builds heat in the body and prepares your mind for the full day ahead. Class begins and ends with a meditation, and involves a fun, energized sequence of sun salutations that is sure to wake you up better than that second cup of coffee.

Pilates Integration

Pilates balance is a hybrid fitness program influenced by the principals upon which.  It blends together elements of strength and functional training, deep stretching, and Pilates-style exercises. This one-hour class is an effective and challenging way to condition the entire body.  Using focus and precision, the workout ensures muscles are isolated and strengthened.  The exercises flow effortlessly from one into another by using fluid and athletic movements.
